Our structure is designed to support classification as a non-compensated referral to a third-party service provider, minimizing Advisor OBA exposure. We are not an information broker; data is never sold or shared for research/marketing. Accessum contracts directly with the client; the Advisor is not a party to the clinical engagement and has no oversight of medical outcomes. Yes. Accessum provides Clinical Executive Function. Our team includes Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who issue prescriptions when clinically indicated and who manage Care Pathways in coordination with primary care physicians and specialists. No. Accessum is a clinical navigation and executive function service. We do not provide 24/7 emergency medical response (911) and do not replace acute hospital or ER care. In a life- threatening event, Accessum staff coordinate with local EMS but do not function as first responders. No. Accessum staff (RNs/NPs) work in strict coordination with the client’s existing primary care and specialist teams. We do not unilaterally override the orders of treating physicians without a joint clinical review and the explicit, informed consent of the client. Accessum deploys mobile clinical staff for in-home diagnostics, including Phlebotomy (blood draws) and IV therapies, acting as the mobile operational layer for the patient's care. Accessum Health. For services provided by our staff (NPs/RNs), Accessum carries comprehensive Medical Malpractice & Professional Liability Insurance. For external specialists, liability remains with the treating provider. Accessum Health assumes full medical liability for services provided by its staff. We carry comprehensive Medical Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance to insulate referring partners. Safe Harbor: The Advisor refers to a Category of Infrastructure (Chaos Mitigation), not a specific medical outcome. Accessum provides a standing, unilateral Indemnity Attestation to all referring partners. No-Interference Rule: Accessum strictly prohibits Advisor interference in clinical decision- making. We coordinate with the client’s existing Primary Care and Specialists to ensure conflict-free navigation.

Zero-Clinical-Visibility: The referring Advisor is structurally excluded from clinical data streams. You receive operational signals only (e.g., "Records Collected"), ensuring you never trigger 'Business Associate' liabilities. Misdirected PHI Protocol: We train clients to send clinical data directly to Accessum. If an Advisor receives clinical data in error, our protocol provides immediate instructions for secure deletion and redirection. The 24-Hour Rule: Accessum Health will notify the Advisor’s designated Compliance Contact within 24 hours of the discovery of any confirmed or reasonably suspected breach involving referred clients—exceeding the HIPAA 60-day minimum requirement. The Liability Shield: Accessum Health assumes 100% of the costs associated with forensics, legal counsel, and regulatory fines resulting from its own data failures. The RIA/Broker-Dealer is fully indemnified against these costs. Advisors receive fixed-format monthly summaries only and only if the client provides explicit consent. We do not "flood" Advisor inboxes with non-essential clinical status updates. Lifecycle Control: Upon termination of service, clients maintain the Right to Erasure.
