The Soft-Dollar Firewall: Accessum does not sponsor advisor events, gala tables, or charities for referring partners. We maintain strict separation to avoid "benefit in lieu" implications.

Sponsorships

Standard Market Rates: To prevent accusations of "Benefit in Lieu of Payment," Wealth Advisors and their families pay standard market rates for Accessum services. Enterprise Tiering: Accessum offers volume-based pricing only for Enterprise/Corporate contracts where the firm is the direct purchaser for its own employees. This is an arm's-length business transaction unrelated to client referrals. Our structure is designed to support classification as a non-compensated referral to a third-party service provider, minimizing Advisor OBA exposure. Accessum engages in zero fee-splitting with clinical providers or medical institutions. We do not "mark up" clinical services. Accessum engages in zero monetization of client data. We are not an information broker; data is never sold or shared for research/marketing. To prevent AML/Compliance risk, Accessum accepts payment only from the contracted client or their verified family office entity.
