Our team includes Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who issue prescriptions when clinically indicated and who manage Care Pathways in coordination with primary care physicians and specialists. No. Accessum is a clinical navigation and executive function service. We do not provide 24/7 emergency medical response (911) and do not replace acute hospital or ER care. In a life- threatening event, Accessum staff coordinate with local EMS but do not function as first responders. No. Accessum staff (RNs/NPs) work in strict coordination with the client’s existing primary care and specialist teams. We do not unilaterally override the orders of treating physicians without a joint clinical review and the explicit, informed consent of the client. Accessum deploys mobile clinical staff for in-home diagnostics, including Phlebotomy (blood draws) and IV therapies, acting as the mobile operational layer for the patient's care. Accessum Health. For services provided by our staff (NPs/RNs), Accessum carries comprehensive Medical Malpractice & Professional Liability Insurance. For external specialists, liability remains with the treating provider. Accessum Health assumes full medical liability for services provided by its staff. We carry comprehensive Medical Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance to insulate referring partners. Safe Harbor: The Advisor refers to a Category of Infrastructure (Chaos Mitigation), not a specific medical outcome. Accessum provides a standing, unilateral Indemnity Attestation to all referring partners. No-Interference Rule: Accessum strictly prohibits Advisor interference in clinical decision- making. We coordinate with the client’s existing Primary Care and Specialists to ensure conflict-free navigation.
