Complexity Scaling: We intentionally cap RN Care Lead-to-Household ratios at 12 Families to one RN Care Lead. We are engineered for high-complexity clinical executive function, not volume-based care. The "No-Blindside" Rule: In the event of a significant service friction or "Red" sentiment score, the referring Advisor is notified promptly to ensure brand alignment and proactive communication.
