Fixed-Fee Membership: Accessum Health operates on a transparent, fixed annual fee model. We do not utilize "surprise billing," hourly administrative charges, or opaque service tiers. Direct-to-Provider: Any specialized add-on services (e.g., advanced imaging) are paid directly to the medical provider. Accessum requires explicit written consent prior to any booking or referral. Non-Insurance Entity: Accessum is a clinical navigation and infrastructure service. We do not bill insurance, do not act as a health plan, and do not replace Medicare or private coverage. Defined Off-Ramps: Memberships are structured as annual terms. We strictly prohibit "zombie subscriptions" and provide clear, contractual off-ramps for families whose needs change.

Merit-Only Navigation: Specialist recommendations are driven exclusively by clinical outcomes, access speed, and client fit. Economic factors never influence the navigation algorithm. No Referral Fees: As stated in our 'Deadly Sins' certification, Accessum pays zero compensation to Wealth Advisors. This ensures the Advisor’s referral remains a conflict-free resource.
