T he 2020 COVID-19 pandemic served as the impetus for Drew Fockler to create MUCH Agency, a veteran-owned, experiential and creative agency. “The pandemic was a defining moment that reshaped how I saw creativity, connection and purpose,” explained Fockler. “After years in experiential marketing and the event industry, I watched the entire landscape shift overnight — live events stopped, and the familiar ways brands engaged with audiences disappeared. But rather than seeing an ending, I saw a chance to reimagine what connection could look like.”

Fockler longed to bring back collaboration and human connection — something that was sorely missed during lockdown. MUCH Agency specializes in bringing brands to life through immersive marketing, strategic storytelling, and end-to-end production. The team of seven blends design, fabrication, and digital innovation to create unforgettable moments that connect people and brands. They’ve produced a range of events, from large-scale conferences and pop-up activations to brand launches and leadership forums. MUCH Agency has also partnered with world-class clients, like Bloomberg, Dataiku, Mistral AI, LinkedIn and NEO4J. And the agency doesn’t just focus on commercial work; they’re proud supporters of the nonprofit sector, including organizations like SEALKIDS and Children of Valor, and have helped extend charitable missions through creative storytelling, event strategy and brand development. “We pride ourselves on our hands-on approach and our ability to turn complex visions into seamless, tangible experiences,” said Fockler. The agency’s focus on experiential storytelling drives engagement and results.

They’ve transformed city squares into interactive art installations and launched campaigns that inspire action. “We balance strategy, creativity and production, so every project not only looks incredible but also aligns with our clients’ goals. Ultimately our focus is on helping brands and causes make a MUCH bigger impact — emotionally, visually and culturally.” Fockler added that none of this would have been possible without Teal Sexton, a key player in forming the company, whose “faith in both the vision and in me personally … made launching the company possible.” MUCH Agency’s building is a creative hub rife with collaboration, open thinking and rapid ideation. Its team of creative producers, designers, project managers, and operations specialists each plays a critical role in the creative process. Their model reduces overhead without sacrificing quality or innovation. “At its core, MUCH creates meaningful, tactile experiences that people don’t just see — they feel and remember.” St. John Properties helped bring Fockler’s vision for a creative hub to life. “They

worked with us to design an open, flexible environment that fuels creativity and supports client meetings, brainstorming, and day-to-day teamwork. The result is a bright, inspiring workspace that truly reflects who we are as a creative agency.” And its location between Baltimore and Washington, D.C., gives MUCH Agency easy access to both markets. “Working with St. John Properties has been an extremely positive experience. Their team is responsive, professional and proactive with quick response times to any issues that arise. Their support allows us to focus on our creative work knowing our space is in excellent hands.” “[St. John Properties’] support allows us to focus on our creative work knowing our space is in excellent hands.” –Drew Fockler, Founder/CEO, MUCH Agency
