Development of Leander Tech Park Highlights Vertical Integration Advantages
Ground has officially broken on Phase I of Leander Tech Park, a 50-acre mixed-use business community located 20 miles north of Austin, Texas. Leveraging nearly six decades of experience, St. John Properties is meeting high local demand by speculatively developing almost 110,000 square feet of space, including two flex/R&D buildings and two inline retail buildings. “Our vertically integrated approach sets us apart in the local market by managing every phase of construction and leasing internally,” said Regional Partner Brooke Harlander. “This strategy improves quality and efficiency while reducing costs for our clients.” Delivery of the flex/R&D buildings is expected next summer, with retail space completion scheduled for the fall.
