The Main Branch National Library Card Sign-up September A library card gives you free access to much more than books, including eBooks, eAudiobooks, Streaming Music, Movies, online learning, and research databases. This September, we’ll visit your organization to sign up new library cards or update your existing accounts. You can also sign up at any Cabell County Public Library location or online. Select from 1000s of magazines and manifest all of your hopes and dreams. Join us for an educational and fun program presented by Westmoreland Chapter NSDAR, the Daughters of the American Revolution. This program focuses on the U.S. Constitution, civic responsibility, and the historical foundations of American liberty.
