That for me is the best way to describe what the InchDairnie Distillery is doing = Transparent, honest and passionate about all things whisky because they did not build or create “just another distillery”. With a vision to challenge the status quo of making Scotch whisky, they saw an opportunity to showcase a more rye forward whisky to the market - from Scotland.
Hearing both Ian Palmer, Managing Director, and Scott Sneddon, Distillery Manager, you can see how truly passionate they are for what they are creating, and how they 100% love everything they are doing. I was genuinely impressed by their level of passion and motivation, which is not often seen in the industry.
