Vehicle Interface Gateway (VIG)
In addition to our powerful and intelligent Vehicle Interface Box, we also offer our Vehicle Interface Gateway (VIG). This gives you even more power for your vehicle - and with more compact dimensions. This offers greater flexibility when combined with our Standard Battery system and when used in a limited installation space.
Vehicle Interface Gateway - Benefits at a glance:
Specially designed for the Webasto CV Standard Battery system Master BMS function (one central control unit for vehicle implementation) Up to 18 battery packs possible (individual configuration to be aligned with Webasto) Small and flexible system design Offers a high level of battery system scalability and outstanding battery system power Designed and developed to the highest safety standards
Features:
Enables high power outputs with maximum number of battery packs thanks to no HV limitations AC and DC charging possible with additional vehicle-side HV architecture Intelligent switching concept and central battery pack balancing
Installation and housing specifications according to quick manual requirements Central coordination and monitoring of isolation measurement on 400V system High voltage interlock monitoring on vehicle level possible Central CAN communication interface between vehicle and battery system Supports 12 and 24 V power supplies in one solution
