RAPID PROTOTYPING ADA has the capability to move from scalable prototyping to mass production under one roof. Our head office located in Thomastown, Victoria houses design specialists, research teams and machinists, providing the ability to accelerate and produce a single product demonstration model swiftly.

LOCAL MANUFACTURING The ADA Bendigo Factory is one of Australia’s largest remaining dedicated uniform manufacturing facilities. Spanning over 5775 sqm and situated on 2.023 Hectares, the iconic building is one-of-its- kind, supplying high-grade bespoke uniforms and body armour to the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Today, the state-of-the-art Bendigo manufacturing facility has over 120 textile specialists ranging from CAD operators, machinists, and quality officers. Did you know ADA was the first business accredited with Ethical Clothing Australia 21 years ago and remains accredited today? ADA’s commitment to creating actionable change began when we applied for accreditation with ECA protecting and advocating for the rights of garments workers. ECA’s audit covers workers in design, pattern making, cut, make, trim, value-adding, dispatch and outworkers throughout the supply chain for all locally made garments produced at ADA’s Bendigo manufacturing facility.

CUSTOMISED ONLINE STORES Our in-house IT teams allow ADA to create customised online stores to manage uniform demands for our clients. The end-to-end e-commerce portals cover fit, order and dispatch of garments to simplify the distribution of the most complex uniform wardrobes.

DATA SECURITY ISO27001 certification will make ADA the first clothing manufacturing company in Australia to be awarded the highest level of security standards for information security management. ISO27001 will identify requirements for a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) and define how we as an organisation should secure information and manage our technology within ADA.

WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTICS ADA’s total asset management solution also provides warehousing and distribution as an optional service to managing uniforms. Our warehouse is equipped to pick, pack and dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. Real-time access to live order data enables company procurement managers to monitor, control spend and extract data to compare against budgets at any time. ADA can also tailor reports to customer requirements, as needed.

FEMALE FIELD UNIFORM Coat

True female fit AMCU field coat developed for the ADF. The enhanced fit and design ensure female personnel can perform at their best in a variety of operations. Improved features include Canadian button opening, zipped sleeve pockets, darted chest pockets and back action pleat. COMBAT UNIFORM Shirt

Combat shirts are built with woven and knitted fabrics and complimented by a hard-wearing design that is tried and tested by the ADF personnel. The shirts feature a zipped collar, sleeve and elbow patch pockets, and adjustable cuffs for customisation. Trouser Combat pants come with stretch panels for comfort, an adjustable waist and adjustable knee pad pockets to suit varying heights.

FEMALE COMBAT UNIFORM Shirt True female fit AMCU combat shirt developed for the ADF. After research conducted, ADA found hip to waist ratio vastly different to male personnel highlighting the need for an enhanced female fit design ensuring personnel can optimise performance in a variety of operations. Features include articulated sleeves, V-neck yoke piece, zipped sleeve pockets and integration with new generation D3O elbow pads. Trouser Enhanced features include articulated knees, enhanced pockets, double knee adjustment, Canadian button waistband opening, low profile waist tabs and integration with new generation D30 elbow pads.

TBAS TIER 2 MOUNTED PLATE CARRIER ADA’s TIER 2 Mounted Carrier provides mobility and survivability to combatants operating in vehicles. The cut maximises armour coverage without restricting mobility, PALs coverage is reduced to remove catch points when moving in and out of vehicles and the battle bra can be quickly attached for dismounted operations for greater modularity.

85L PATROL PACK The ADA 85 litre Patrol Pack is optimised for mission configuration to support extended field operations for 120 hours. The pack is fitted with the ADA adjustable polymer frame, an enhanced update on the proven ALICE design, with a stand-of cavity that provides improved fitting with body armour. The adjustable frame and harness system provides ergonomic carriage of heavy mission load-outs for the 1st to 99th percentile.

The 85L total capacity is compartmentalised for mission and operator configuration. Extensive side PALS coverage, compression straps, multiple external sustainment and utility pouches and a removable Escape-and-Evade (E&E) top lid provide the user with organisation. Internal stowage options are provided with low profile zippered mesh pockets, PALS and a removable dangler admin pouch.

45L ASSAULT PACK The ADA 45 litre Assault Pack is optimised for mobility and is mission configurable to support tasks up to 72 hours. The pack is built ergonomically to allow carriage of mission essential items and sustainment with and without body armour. Featuring top and bottom access via heavy-duty weather-resistant zippers, there is an internal zippered divider that allows for customisation of

the main compartment. Extensive PALS coverage, compression straps, included MOLLE utility pouches and a removable beaver tail provide the user with multiple load carriage options to support mission requirements. Internal stowage options are provided by low profile zippered mesh pockets along with a 3L hydration sleeve, accessory pouch docking points and a removable dangler admin pouch.

30L RAID PACK The ADA 30 litre Raid Pack is optimised for mobility and is mission configurable to support short duration tasks. Constructed of lightweight CORDURA ® with internal aluminium frame stays and adjustable shoulder harnesses, the pack is built ergonomically to allow carriage of mission essential items and sustainment with and without

body armour. The weather resistant zippered clamshell opening provides fully functional access to the inside of the pack. Extensive PALS coverage, compression straps, included MOLLE utility pouches and a removable beaver tail provide the user with multiple load carriage options to support mission requirements.

15L SURGE PACK The ADA 15 litre Surge Pack is a compact mobility pack focused on specific mission essential carry, constructed of lightweight CORDURA ® and Nylon MOLLE and webbing straps, it can be easily compacted down when peripherals are removed. The pack includes an adaptive attachment kit allowing for quick attachment and removal from armour carriers free of a conventional harness and is shaped to conform to the silhouette of the user’s

armour. Spine stiffener polymers are removable to allow sack to be compacted down. Shoulder harness is removable to allow separate adaptable clips to attach to armour carriers or vests - independently. MOLLE straps can also be used to fix the pack onto the wearer.

MEDIC PACK The ADA Medic Pack is a slimline bag designed for use by combat first-aiders. The clamshell opening allows quick access to the tear-away tool panel and four tear-away compartments that can be organised based on treatment protocols. Built-in storage includes a bottom access compartment for external access, two internal expandable pockets and a back

panel sleeve for large flat items. Additionally, a small medic pack can be attached externally using the compression straps for added storage or use as a ‘grab and go’ bag. Its modular design is capable of catering to non-medical missions with essential carrying features such as hydration, helmets, and general gear.

FLYERS COVERALLS The Flyers Coverall is the all- encompassing uniform piece featuring a two-way opening front zip opening, reinforced shoulder patches, action back and waist adjustment system. Eight pockets are distributed in easily-accessed areas on the garment. Ventilation is provided on the underarm and sleeve.

FLYERS UNIFORM SHIRT

The essential Flyers Coat includes the classic yet functional angled zip chest pockets and strap closure collar. Concealed zip front closure with storm flap provides extra protection from the elements. Set in sleeves incorporate a patch pocket with zip and flap, ventilation eyelets and adjustable cuffs. TROUSER The Flyers Trouser, constructed with a built-in waistband and low-profile hook bar closure is a streamlined solution for lowers. Varied pocketing on the waist sides, thighs and calves supply efficient storage access for wearer in combat positions. The lower leg zip gusset secures the trouser over the boot and also allows quick access to boot laces.

FLYERS LIGHTWEIGHT JACKET The Flyers Lightweight Jacket offers additional warmth and protection with dual layered rib cuffs , fully lined body and hem. FLYERS LEATHER JACKET The iconic Flyers Leather Jacket is crafted from both premium cow hide leather and FR wool rib knit for the waistband and sleeve cuffs. This Foul Weather jacket and trouser is available in trilaminate breathable and waterproof fabric (navy blue and red/orange). Also available in a specialty anti-static and fire- retardant bilaminate warm red version. Both versions feature retro-reflective tape for increased conspicuousness in low-light conditions. Longer length for increased protection from the elements, it also incorporates a removable thermal liner for warmth. Trousers come with adjustable shoulder braces give garment security and comfort to the wearer.
