equivalent funding of an agent producing 20 transactions. Over its 35 years, the Foundation has raised and donated over $50 million to over 500 organizations thoughout the areas the company serves. It is one of the key reasons for my continued affiliation with the company. A salute to all contributing agents! n Portland’s 94 neighborhood associations are critical for advocacy with the City. Richard is involved as Board Secretary of the Southwest Hills Residen- tial League and volunteers with the Argay Terrace Neighborhood Associa- tion. Ask Richard about how to get involved in your neighborhood. n The Horswell Collection™ continues its support of the Saturday Metropolitan Opera Broadcast as an underwriter for All Classical 89.9 Radio. n Richard’s service to the community over more than 30 years extends to organizations of all types including the Boards of the Portland Opera, SOLVE, The Old Church Society, Rose Festival, University of Oregon Alumni Association and as a Trustee of the University of Oregon Foundation. n Celebrating 17 years of membership, Richard’s service to the city includes the Royal Rosarians - the 112-year old organization that acts as Portland’s official greeters and ambassadors of goodwill by proclamation of the Mayor.
