LoTech: A few unforgettable moments: the emotional vibe during “For Those I Love - I Have a Love (Overmono Remix)” at a LoTech Curates party; a powerful moment with “Kobosil’s” remix at Mødular during the #METOO movement; and a mind-blowing set at TOY TOY featuring “ Yogg and Pharoah's” “The Neverending Gever”. SoundPress: What's your vision for the future of electronic music in South Africa, and your role in it? LoTech: South Africa's scene is thriving, with new clubs and events emerging. I'm excited to see these crews grow and play a role, whether through collaborations or advisory positions, supporting and guiding the next generation. SoundPress: Lastly, any upcoming projects or events fans can anticipate? LoTech: Stay tuned for upcoming gigs! Personally, I'm focused on expanding LoTech Curates nationally, organizing parties in Cape Town and Johannesburg featuring residents, special guests, and myself.
