A fast setting, protein free, cement based self-levelling compound used to level out rough and uneven floors and screeds in preparation for laying floor coverings.
Self-levelling compound for use on uneven floors with extra rapid setting and drying and compensated shrinkage.

Apply from 3 – 10mm For smoothing over existing floors in concrete, ceramic and porcelain tiles and natural stone without priming Can be used over most existing adhesive residues, including bitumen Can receive light foot traffic after approximately 60 minutes and is ready to receive floor coverings after 4 hours Suitable for use in confined and inhabited areas - very low odour Moisture tolerant - use below surface applied damp proof membranes Suitable for use with underfloor heating systems Coverage: 5m 2 at 3mm thickness
Apply from 1 – 10mm Suitable for use before laying ceramic and porcelain tiles, natural stone, hardwood floors and resilient materials using adhesives (after 12 hours) HDE technology with extended flow Will accept light foot traffic after 2 hours Suitable for use with underfloor heating systems Recommended for internal use only Coverage: 1.6 kg/m 2 per mm of thickness

Mapei Ultimate Leveller 1210 A self-levelling
A rapid setting, high performance latex based two part smoothing compound consisting of a specially formulated powder component that is mixed with a pre-gauged, protein free and high polymer content liquid.
Trade two-part smoothing and levelling compound for levelling and smoothing differences on new and existing substrates to prepare them for any type of flooring installation.
