How it works - 5 simple steps

We’ll work with you to print your garments exactly how you need them, We are dedicated to providing you with a reliable, cost effective and fast service. Our embroidery and printing machinery will bring your logo to life on any garment. However, there are factors, like the material of your garment, which you should consider before you decide on what kind of application you wish to use.
To avoid unnecessary charges and delays and to ensure you receive the highest quality customisation please supply your logo as a Vector AI file or EPS file. All colours should be converted to Pantone spot colours. Should you not have the artwork in a format suitable for customisation we can convert (re-draw) your file to a suitable type for a fee of £25.00. You will be notified and ask for confirmation prior to this work taking place. Once you have submitted your artwork, we will provide an artwork proof for you to check, in order to make sure your artwork is correct. We won’t produce your order until you approve your proof. Please note • All garments & footwear are subject to a 5 day lead time • Branding by Embroidery or Heat Transfer will incur a small additional cost. This extra cost is dependant on the quantity, size, positioning, colour or nature of the branding and will be confirmed before proceeding. • All garments & footwear are not able to be returned for Artwork Guidelines

Embroidery
Transfer Printing
Embroidery gives a high quality and long lasting result that is perfect for items such as polo- shirts and fleece jackets. Ideal for most standard company logos, embroidery is more durable and can survive multiple washes, often retaining its quality for the lifetime of the garment. The embroidery process is carried out by a computerised embroidery machine. Your logo is digitised and submitted to the machine, with the process beginning once additional instructions such as the colour of the threads have also been submitted. We use only the best threads and embroidery machines to guarantee the highest quality result. To adhere to our own quality standards, we do not provide embroidery on garments that have a weight under 175gsm. The reason for this is as the material is thinner it cannot hold the embroidery and therefore tends to pukker.
Transfer Printing is often best suited for larger and more intricate designs, and tends to behave better when applied to lighter weight materials, such as T-Shirts, reflective vests and jackets. The process is achieved by printing your logo onto a special transfer paper, then garment is loaded into the heat press, the transfer paper with the design is positioned and the heat press will holds the transfer paper and the garment together until the waxy ink melts and transfers to the garment. Printed designs are often best suited for larger and more intricate designs, and tend to behave better when applied to lighter weight materials, such as T-Shirts, reflective vests and jackets. It should be noted that transfer prints tend to have a shorter lifespan than embroidered alternatives.
