Grocery sector was, once again, the king of 2023 Christmas trade averaging +7.5% total sales growth compared to 2022. Of all shopping opportunities, celebratory occasions are valued the most, with many consumers wanting to indulge in top quality products. IMPORTANT INFORMATION For your convenience we’ve merged our Christmas and Halloween ranges into one order form. If you have an account set up with us, your sales contact will send you a personalised order form via email. Your order form will include prices and highlight any Christmas and Halloween products you purchased from us last year (if applicable). Ordering All orders for Christmas and Halloween products must be placed in advance. You will be asked to select the release dates for despatch of your Christmas and Halloween orders when you fill out your order form. All goods should be taken within two weeks of your chosen release date. Please use Ramsden International’s product codes when placing your order. We’ve added a quick summary of your order by release date and category for your convenience. Please ensure that your total order is submitted and confirmed before Wednesday 12 th June. Late or additional orders will NOT be processed if submitted after this date. We reserve the right to request a deposit upon ordering. Such deposits should be received into our bank account as cleared funds by Wednesday 12 th June. If deposits are not received by Wednesday 12 th June , orders will NOT be processed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order meet the import requirements for your country. Please ensure that products meet import requirements before ordering, and required documentation is advised and agreed before order confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled. Orders are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions (available on request). Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) Everyday (product codes begin with 10) : 200 mixed cases Nearer to your chosen release date, you may top up your Everyday order with all-year-round Everyday products in order to meet the minimum order quantity of 200 mixed cases . Talk to your Account Manager or Export Account Advisor to discuss. Chilled Cakes (product codes begin with 3): 40 mixed cases Nearer to your chosen release date, you may top up your Chilled order with standard Chilled products in order to meet the minimum order quantity of 40 mixed cases . Talk to your Account Manager or Export Account Advisor to discuss. Prices Quotes will not include additional charges such as freight, documentation and reprocessing. These charges will be added once your order has been confirmed. We reserve the right at any time before the delivery, to increase the charge for the additional services and the price quoted to reflect any increase in cost which is due to any factor beyond our control including, but not limited to: any foreign exchange fluctuation; any changes in currency regulation or alteration of duties; any change in the purchase price of the goods; any change in delivery dates, any changes in the quantities or specifications of the goods, any changes to orders which may be requested or result from inadequate information or instructions; any other failure which causes a delay. Important Notes Products are subject to manufacturers’ availability. We will endeavour to fulfil your order; however, we cannot accept liabil ity for short deliveries. Every effort is taken to ensure that this brochure is as accurate as possible at the time of print. Packaging, barcodes, product codes, brands and descriptions may be subject to change.

Claims We are committed to ensuring that goods arrive in good time and condition, however if you have experienced an occurrence where this is not the case, please inform us within the specified timescales. When placing a claim please clearly state the order it relates to, invoice number and date received. Please advise product codes and confirm quantities affected, including the specification of units or cases affected. If on delivery your goods do not appear to be in good condition, please ensure that this is clearly marked, signed and dated on the delivery paperwork. Claims for goods delivered by air, road and sea must be made within 8 weeks from date of invoice, as per our regular claims policy supporting evidence must include, but is not limited to, photographs of any damaged items (palletised and individually) and the insufficient shelf life to what was provided during quote stage. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for consequential losses related to goods supplied by Ramsden International, such as loss of sales, handling costs or destruction of goods. Once goods are out of Ramsden International’s care, we reserve the right to reject any claim where a third party has undertaken responsibility of the goods, and any issue has not been raised by them at the point of handover. Shelf Life and ‘All Year Round’ Products Please note that in respect of: - Cakes & Puddings - Crisps, Snacks & Nuts - ‘All Year Round’ (marked with a symbol on your order form) It is not guaranteed that these lines will be dated after 31.10.2024 for Halloween or 25.12.2024 for Christmas. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for any products that are dated before the UK occasion/holiday.
