OUR VALUES At MRG, our employees are at the core of everything we do, and we are guided by four key values that underpin our commitment to your success. Our blueprint for success of people, process and expertise empowers our clients to make unbiased hiring decisions that are truly inclusive and offers our candidates a fair and transparent recruitment service.
That’s what makes us deliberately different by design.
Relentless
Inventive
Being relentless is about energy and enthusiasm – something at the heart of everything MRG does. It’s infectious, and ensures that we all do whatever it takes to succeed as a business, and as individuals.
We love finding new ways to meet your career aspirations – no matter what they are. Wherever your future lies at MRG or beyond, we’ll work together to ensure that future is within reach.
Forensic
Inclusive
We pride ourselves on spotting the details that others may miss – and this really matters for everyone who works for us. We’ll listen and learn everything about you, to ensure you’re understood, recognised and supported.
Our approach to everything we do is open, fair and objective – or as we like to say, inclusive by design. You can bring your true self to work, every day – and whatever you want to achieve, we’ll ensure there are no barriers.
That’s what makes us deliberately different by design.
OUR EVP We’re deliberately different, from the way we work to what we do and how we do it. We have worked very hard as a business to create an environment that is inclusive and where staff can bring their ‘whole self’ to work. We believe that it brings the best out in our people and it is a key part of why we are successful. We have been a pioneer of true flexibility for many years – even from before the pandemic. We are 100% focused on our people’s performance and results rather than micromanaging the when, how, or where of their work habits. It’s no coincidence that we chose WeWork for our HQ, it represents our personality, and it suits our ethos of flexibility. It’s an ethos built around well- being and mental health and truly understanding the difference a supportive workplace can make. But this only works when it’s underpinned by brilliant process and service, something that we’ve had at our core since the business was established 15 years ago.
We are proud of the fact that there isn’t another business like MRG in our industry.
