Responsibilities and Duties In order to be a successful BSD, you must be able to demonstrate/consistently produce sustained billings both individually and within your team/business unit. A key part of this role is effective business development, looking for new ways to attract clients and grow existing relationships.

Financial • Managing a Business Unit that produces a minimum of >£500,000 p.a., preferably >£1m NFI. • Personally responsible for a minimum of £200,000 per annum of fee revenue. Origination • Individual, new, and existing clients • JVs with other teams • Share information internally which can help promote MRG and drive new business generation Service Delivery Part of our success as a business is our ability to work together as a team. You will be expected to contribute to the success of the team by supporting and building up junior team members to be the best that they can be. We rely on collaborative working and joint ventures to achieve campaign success and get the best results for our clients. Team Management • Management of two or more people in the Business Unit. • Training – • Provide On-Boarding/Induction • On-going training where required • Probation • Quarterly Reviews • Promote, encourage, and track additional training and personal development of junior staff • Delivers training topics as part of the wider MRG L&D programme. • Coaching team members • Leadership development & succession planning • Workforce development and assessment.
Business Process Management • Takes responsibility for candidate compliance of Business Unit. • Takes responsibility for all business administration, finance, and credit control of Business Unit. • Bullhorn Management • Ownership of Invoices beings sent on time and in accordance with company policies • Reporting and KPI management Internal Projects At MRG we are continually improving and evolving the business by reviewing the way that we work. We have three major project groups – People Improvement, Business Improvement, and Corporate & Social Responsibility. You will be expected to be actively involved in at least one project group in order to contribute to the overall success of the business. • Senior level involvement in one of the MRG Project Groups. • Active encouragement and promotion of projects Marketing Our marketing team is always looking to evolve and innovate our outputs. As business leaders, you will be expected to “think outside the box”, always considering what your clients and candidates are receptive to and working in collaboration with the marketing team to produce quality assets. • Takes responsibility for marketing output of Business Unit. • Tiles • Blogs • Provide Ideas
