1. Pat the beef dry and season with salt and pepper.
Sauté pan, plate, or baking tray
2. Heat a sauté pan over high heat. Add olive oil. Once the pan is hot, add the beef filets.

- 3 minutes each side > Rare - 6 minutes each side > Medium Rare - 9 minutes each side > Medium
