Dry Red Wine 1 C. Whole San Marzano Tomatoes – Crushed 28 oz. can Penne Pasta 1 box French Bread 1 loaf Butter 4 Tbsp. Garlic Cloves – Chopped 2 ea.

Instructions
1. Prick sausage all over with a fork. Sauté in skillet over medium heat until brown. Set aside. 2. Sauté onions & peppers in olive oil until onions are brown. Stir in garlic and basil and sauté for 2 minutes. Add wine , tomatoes and any liquid . Add oregano , basil and sausage to pan. Season with salt and pepper . 3. Simmer gently, partially covered, for 20 minutes. Remove sausage and slice into 1-inch pieces. 4. Bring pot of water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 12 minutes or until al dente. 5. Slice French bread open. Chop garlic and mix with melted butter. Spread butter garlic mixture on French bread and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
