Chicken Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Pat the chicken dry, season them with the salt, then coat them generously with red adobo. Let them marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

Cook chicken for 6 minutes on each side until cooked to an internal temperature of 165F.
Recipe Note: Chicken can be substituted for shrimp OR zucchini, squash & red onions for a vegetarian option!
