Skills, Qualifications & Experience: • Recognised Academic or Professional Qualification • Estates Maintenance planning experience including substantial in-house maintenance, CAFM, Life Cycle Asset Planning and Helpdesk Management. • Demonstrated experience of managing a complex budget in excess of 10m. • Sound knowledge of commercial business planning and management • Effectively working as part of both Senior Leadership and Executive teams • A pro-active problem solver with experience of balancing operational and strategic priorities • Collaborative and empowering leadership style with ability to build strong relationships • Experience of driving through change/ transformation programme & aligning teams to revised transition and revised service models • Exemplary negotiation skills
