When you arrive home, leave something (even metaphorically) in the container as a ritual for crossing the threshold, letting go of what is done for the day and no longer yours to carry. Alternatively, this container could live inside your mind’s eye. Put all of your feelings and worries inside of the box and close it before falling asleep.

call your power back reclaim your energy
Practice: Before you fall asleep, close down your eyes and envision all your energy flowing back to you from wherever it may have gone throughout the day. You can also do this anytime throughout the day when you feel scattered. Visualize your power as brilliant beams of light, returning to you from any past situation. Repeat this mantra from priestess Marcella Kroll: “I call my power back from anyone or anything I gave it to. Knowingly or unknowingly. Consciously or unconsciously. From all dimensions and directions, throughout all time and space.”
