Lightsuphawaii.com MANU KAI & NA HOKU II CATAMARANS Waikiki, Oahu - “We are big, yellow, and fun!” says Krystine Samson-Boughton, the general manager of Na Hoku II and Manu Kai catamarans, the go-to boats for fun-in- the-sun along Oahu’s southern shore. Two of only six boats allowed to operate directly off of Waikiki Beach, the catamarans will pick you up in front of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and set sail further east, allowing you to take in the iconic views of the beaches of Waikiki and Diamond Head. They are the perfect activity to recommend to your wedding guests as there is a sail for everyone, and the cost is comparable to having a couple of drinks at a bar, so why not do so at sea? The Manu Kai is a bit more family friendly, with tours that include snorkeling at Turtle Canyon, happy hour sails, sunset sails, and Friday night firework sails. All tours include three mai tais, soft drinks or beers. The Na Hoku II also has one-hour daytime and sunset sails daily for a higher energy, party atmosphere and a more extensive bar. Both boats are available for private charters of up to 49 people at all tour times, perfect for welcome or bachelor and bachelorette parties. Nahoku2.com & Sailmanukai.com
