ATYAASAAONLINE LEARNING LAUNCH & HYPOTHESIS TESTING CASE AtyaasaaOnline Atyaasaa Online is a boundary less knowledge initiative of accelerating Business Behavioural Competency Development through Virtual-Coaching. These learning titles are developed through Atyaasaa’s intensive research and Coaching delivery for Future-Ready aspiring Corporate Professionals. Maximize Learning through the Power of Content, Optimize Productivity through Self- Paced Learning, Minimize Costs of Up-Skilling, and Achieve Tech-Enabled Scalability.

Learning Launch Challenge:

The challenge identified was establishing ourselves as “thought leaders” in the space of organization development for engaging & acquiring new clients rapidly with aggressive use of our existing content and technology as a part of our business scale-up strategy. The technology bit includes webinar platforms, video platforms, social media tools, content development and hosting tools. Our current constraints are the entire team in the organization is billable and thus unavailable for business development. The Opportunity Statement: Developing a comprehensive E-Learning Portal for Corporate Behavioral Consumption and a brand AtyaasaaOnline. Selection: As a part of the Design Thinking process in “Principle Idea Stage", a research plan was developed for an ethnographic study through 30 structured interviews and two webinars with our stakeholders primarily CEO's, Human resources heads and workshop participants. These initiatives were conducted with existing clients and prospects under active consideration. These are organizations across our key account domains, which include manufacturing, information technology, automotive & technology. This research intended to identify the most effective online engagement platform, which will increase or activate their engagement with our "intellectual body of work. "The finding of the research and thus the Learning Launch Process hypothesized that a "short video tool in a time range of 8-12 minutes on topics of high relevance, for managerial effectiveness & workplace challenges" would be the key to active engagement. The key assumptions were evaluated through the interviews post research:

1. Execution: All capabilities and technologies existed in-house. This test was passed.
