Cassandra Seth and the “Brush Brigade” Pinstripers Jam and Charity Auction raised $43,000 for the Make a Wish Foundation and she coordinated the Pin-Up Girl and Best Beard contests along with Brenda Unghajer. Randy Davis set up a great Pedal Car display and the Central PA Model Car Club did what they do best with a Model Car Show. JoAnn Lombari coordinated a great Quilt Display producing two winners: Sharon Matthews (Favorite Car Quilt) and Bev Bortz (Favorite Quilt). Outside the York Expo Center was buzzing with activities, including Doug Wood’s Nitro Knockout and the Michigan Hot Rod Association’s Rod Repair Shop. The Northeast Division Chief Safety Inspector, Dennis O’Brien, had Safety Team members from a dozen states helping perform 115 inspections with 93 receiving the coveted Safety 23 sticker. After the Church Service on Sunday featuring the “Millers” it was time for the Awards Ceremony and when the largest of the NSRA Divisional Events was over for 2025 rodders rumbled out of the York Expo Center to cruise home with thoughts of continuing their legacy June 5-7, 2026.
