Our Mixology Center of Excellence , curated by Sanjin Dilaver, the MEIA Master Mixologist and Assistant Director of F&B, provided attendees with a unique opportunity to learn from a star-studded lineup featuring talent from celebrated bars such as Alquimico , The Bombay Canteen , Hope & Sesame , and SĀN YǑU.
