Hitchings of SSH completes long term lease on behalf of Surin and Griffin TDK Commercial Advisors announces over $2.7 million in new Philadelphia transactions

Middletown, NY — Locally owned and operated Moove In Self Storage has expanded their portfolio into the Middletown market. They have acquired Lock & Leave Self Storage, located on State Route 17M just north of Route 302 with excellent visibility. This acquisition will add an additional 28,300 s/f of storage to the Moove In Self Storage portfolio, which now stands at 23 locations throughout PA, MD, NJ and NY, and is man- aged by Investment Real Estate Management, LLC .
