Daniel Berger, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Commercial Partners, Inc., represented the seller, Rowan Enterprises and Nel- son Hess of Town &Country Realty , represented the buyer, Phillip & Angela Decubellis. A 4,651 s/f single tenant office building located at 620 Delp Rd., Lancaster, PA. Berger represented the seller, Highjinx Properties, LP and Mike Wagner of US Com- mercial Realty represented the buyer, Harry’s Hideaway, LLC.
