LANCASTER, PA – LMS Commercial Real Estate , a privately owned real estate company based in Lancaster, has recently arranged the 4,321 s/f lease to Gardner’s Mattress & More at Quality Center, 2495 Lincoln Highway East (Route 30), Lancaster. The 61,317 s/f Quality Cen- ter is located on Route 30 in the heart of “Pennsylvania Dutch Country.” The center is anchored by Adidas and has fourteen in-line stores includ- ing Calico and a Waffle House outparcel. The landlord was represented by Kevin Potter of Rhino Realty and the ten- ant was represented by Wilay Boensch and Patrick Cul- len of LMS Commercial Real Estate. In Millersville, PA, LMS Commercial Real Estate has recently arranged the 1,600 s/f lease to Tropical Smoothie Café at Millersville Commons, 371 Comet Dr. The 18,800 s/f Millersville Commons is a new development near Mill- ersville University and Penn Manor High School. Millers- ville Commons is expected to open this summer. Tropical Smoothie Café will be joining tenants like Sheetz, Members 1st Federal Credit Union, Jake’s Wayback Burgers and Nino’s Pizzeria.
