Adams of NAI Summit represents Fresh Pet in 4,800 s/f lease transaction NAI Summit’s Frank Smith reps owner in $1.6m sale of 4.2 acres & 42,000 s/f industrial building

LLENTOWN, PA — Frank Smith of NAI Summit recently rep- resented the owner, Republic- Bethlehem LP, in the sale of a property located at 3155 Schoenersville Road in Bethle- hem, PA. The parcel consisted of 4.2 acres and sold for $1.6 million. The buyer, Calumet Enterprises LLC, plans to reno- vate the 42,000 sf industrial building on site and use it for a new Restaurant Store. NAI Summit ’s, Mike Ad- ams , represented Fresh Pet in the lease transaction of 4,800 s/f warehouse space at 754 Roble Rd. in Allentown. Adams recently represented the renewal and expansion of 6,300 s/f office space for a Fresh Pet research facility located on Brodhead Rd. in Bethlehem, PA. Fresh Pet does all-natural pet food manufacturing. A Colliers Int’l’s Capobianco closes $11,000,000 GREATER LEHIGHVAL- LEY & NORTHEAST PA — Michael Capobianco , of Col- Capobianco was the sole broker in the following two transacation, a 46,400 s/f flex/ office lease for Berkheimer OneSource at the Lehigh Valley Corporate Center in Bethlehem, and in a long- term lease of 270,000 s/f of industrial/manufacturing and warehouse space for Master Halco on 1000 North South Rd. in Scranton, PA. The building is owned by Keyser Valley Industrial Center Associates and is 100% leased to Master Halco. Master Halco invested $8 million in equipment and infrastructure, and real estate improvements. Lastly, Capobianco, in coop- eration with Ann Kline , also of Colliers’ Allentown office, represented Victor Manufac- turing, a subsidiary of F.W. Webb in the purchase of a 48,000 s/f facility at 1665 E. Race St. on the north side of Lehigh Valley International Airport.  M. Also in Allentown, PA, NAI Summit’s, Jay Haines , rep- resented the tenant, Building Blocks Pediatric Dentistry, in the multi-year lease transac- tion with MOKN Partnership, LP at the Quaker Pointe Medi- cal Center. The 2,486 s/f office space, located at 2100 Quaker Pointe Dr. in Quakertown, PA, will be used to provide dental services for children. Jay Haines also represented the owner, MacArthur Indus- trial Park Associates III, in the multi-year lease renewal at the MacArthur Convenience Cen- ter located at 3690 Lehigh St. in Whitehall, PA. The tenant,

Lehigh Valley Computers, LLC, will continue to use the space to offer computer repair services. In Other News... NAI Summit is pleased to an- nounce Logan Winchester as a recent addition to the broker- age team as a sales associate. Logan graduated from Notre Dame Green Pond and earned his Bachelor’s degree of Arts and Sciences at Lehigh Univer- sity. Prior to joining the NAI team, Logan worked for Auto- matic Data Processing. At NAI Summit, Logan is responsible for the acquiring and selling of real estate for his clients as well as Landlord representation. 
