Dr. Charles Caldwell Ryrie, newly- elected president of the former Philadelphia Bible Institute, has as sumed aggressive leadership of the school by adding a fourth year, ob taining college accreditation by au thority of the Pennsylvania State Council of Education and changing the name of the institute to The Philadelphia Bible College.
