OVERVIEW Ivy Tech Indianapolis Strategic Enrollment Plan
The Indianapolis campus will create a multiyear strategic enrollment plan. The following strategies have been identified as priorities.

Year 2: Creation of completion pathways as alternatives for students who aren’t able to get into limited enrollment programs.
Responsible party: Claire Maxson Timeline: Launch project by Fall 2024 with completion in December 2024 Metric: Creation of completion pathways for all limited enrollment programs.
