OVERVIEW Ivy Tech Indianapolis Strategic Enrollment Plan

The Indianapolis campus will create a multiyear strategic enrollment plan. The following strategies have been identified as priorities.

Tasks Year 1: Creation of guided advising documents to help students and academic advisors understand the classes students need to take and in what semester/8-week cycle Responsible party: Niki Fjeldal, Claire Maxson Timeline: Launch project by January 2024 Metric:

Completion of guided advising documents for each program and/or certification by March 2024

Year 2: Creation of completion pathways as alternatives for students who aren’t able to get into limited enrollment programs.

Responsible party: Claire Maxson Timeline: Launch project by Fall 2024 with completion in December 2024 Metric: Creation of completion pathways for all limited enrollment programs. Review retention or completion rates of students not accepted into limited enrollment programs by Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 to measure effectiveness of completion pathways and develop next steps Responsible party: Niki Fjeldal/Justin Turpen Year 3: Creation of completion pathways for all other programs Responsible party: Claire Maxson Metric: Completion of completion pathways for all programs.
