Convene a small group Participants: Julie Johns-Cole (Workforce), Greg Bond (Admissions/Enrollment), Bursar’s Office, Kate McGormley (Academic Advising) representative by March 2024 to discuss the scope of the strategy Create a process for identifying and connecting AYD students to the program Create a process for student retention efforts Develop marketing materials for enrollment and workforce teams Collaborate with Systems Office on marketing efforts Responsible party: Katrina Jones Metrics: Year 1: Increase retention to 60% year over year (fall to fall) Year 2: Increase retention to 65% year over year (fall to fall) Year 3: Increase retention to 70% year over year (fall to fall)
