March 1, 2024 - Determine the process including cadence on when degree mining will occur, reporting and metrics April 1, 2024 - Registrar staff to be trained on degree mining Standard operating procedures will be developed that will establish cadence regarding timing when degree mining will occur, when a report will be shared with Systems Office, and when it should be run by the Indianapolis campus
