Moving in-house in April 2022, Everton worked for 6 months at a smaller chemical company before joining JM in November 2022 and now specialises in recruiting into the R&D sector of the business.
Simone Coultress Head of Diversity and Inclusion
Simone has a BA degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Essex and is an Associate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT). Simone joined Johnson Matthey in 2013 as a treasury manager, supporting the business in managing its financial risks. In December 2018, Simone launched a Black Employee Network at JM, with the aim of improving the recruitment, retention and development of black employees and promoting JM as a diverse employer through community work in schools and universities. Since December 2020, Simone has been working as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion, with the aim of refreshing JM’s diversity inclusion and belonging (DI&B) agenda and roadmap and ensuring that DI&B is embedded throughout the business.
