Information
This page details important information relating to standard exhibition packages and the bolt on opportunities detailed in this document. Please review these before booking your packages.
Stand packages ● All packages include a single exhibition stand package as a base, with the opportunity to customise your presence at the event with bolt ons (see page 5) ● Stand allocation is on a first-come-first-served basis. A link to select your preferred stand location will be sent out once a signed order form is received by the CIPP events team ● You will be given a stand selection window in order of when your enquiry is received. If this window is missed, the next person in the queue will be contacted. It is essential that you select your stand during this window to avoid disappointment. Keynote sponsor bolt on ● Keynote sponsorship includes a double size 6m x 2m stand space but single size can be requested if preferred ● Our events team will be in touch to discuss arrangements for the five minute speaker slot Mascot licence bolt on ● License is for one company branded mascot to be in the exhibition hall over the 2-day exhibition only ● The licence covers one mascot only ● CIPP must be made aware of the type of mascot prior to the event to ensure there are no health and safety implications ● Mascots and accompanying staff must be respectful of the attendees and the environment
Light and power bolt on ● Provided dedicated lighting to your stand in the exhibition ● Provides dedicated electrics for exhibitors with high energy requirements ● This bolt on is required for any exhibitor using a digital LED stand ● The exhibition includes some natural and overhead lighting, however it is recommended that dedicated lighting is added to packages. Additional lighting will not be provided unless your purchase the bolt on , and due to logistical restrictions, it may not be possible to upgrade at the event. Branded massage area bolt on ● Opportunity includes pop up stands in the massage area in the exhibition lobby (TBC) ● Labeled as massage area sponsor in marketing (space permitting) and Annual Conference event page on CIPP ● Special mention during welcome plenary session including logo on slide Healthy shots sponsorship bolt on ● Branded area in exhibition lobby on the morning of day two of the conference (exact branding specification and location TBC) ● Ginger and turmeric shots will be served
● Overnight accommodation on 8 October will be at a sister hotel, for the exhibition representatives only Dedicated WiFi bolt on ● Provides a secure, dedicated, high speed WiFi network within the exhibition area for the duration of the event ● Free WiFi is availbable to all at the venue, however it can slow and unreliable ● This bolt on is recommended if you require a stable network for demos etc Award ceremony wine bolt on ● Sponsors logo will be included on the awards menu, the holding slides (rotating) during the duration of the dinner, and on either a custom wine label or hang-tag ● Wine sponsor will be mentioned by either the CIPP awards host, or the celebrity speaker, during the awards ceremony ● Wine sponsorship does not include a representative to present and award or speak at the event Television hire ● Televisions can be hired from the CIPP as part of your package and will be provided by our AV company ● Hired equipment will be available during the exhibitor set up period ● 55” and 70” available (sizes TBC) ● The CIPP events team will be in contact to discuss your requirements
● Mascot and accompanying staff do not get additional access to the exhibition outside the agreed times, or access to the conference including workshop and plenary sessions, unless they are the stated company representatives for the exhibition stand ● Mascot licence does not include attendance at the Annual Excellence Awards Workshop stream sponsor bolt on ● 2 x standard size pull up banners can be supplied to include in the workshop room for your sponsored session ● Conference attendees choose their session on the day, and while all sessions are historically busy, the CIPP cannot control, or be held responsible, for sessions having low attendance. ● One company representative can be in the workshop room to speak to attendees before and after the workshop session ● Attendance for one company representative at conference and awards Award category sponsor bolt on ● Award category sponsorship only available as a bolt on to exhibition package ● Logo to appear - labelled as award sponsor - in all pre, during and post event marketing, where space reasonably allows ● Sponsor logo to be displayed during awards opening presentation, and during presentation of sponsored category ● Table of 10 must include any representatives who attended the exhibition
