Triangle Sales and Marketing Council The Triangle Sales and Marketing Council of North Carolina (TSMC) was formed on April 2, 1993 by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County and Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties. It is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC). The TSMC was named the Best Sales and Marketing Council in the Country for 1997, 2000, 2001, 2004, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016 and 2019. The TSMC provides an effective forum for the exchange of ideas with local, regional, and national experts in the sale and marketing of new homes, and recognizes member’s professional achievements in sales an marketing excellence through a variety of award programs. The TSMC helps builders sell more homes more effectively through monthly meetings and speaker programs that become a valuable tool in professional development. In addition, members of the TSMC participate frequently in community service projects during the year through the Big Give Back.
