Wendy is our certified professional coder. She is certified through the American Academy of Professional Coders. She has been billing medical claims for over 30 years. We are proud to be celebrating Wendy’s 11-year anniversary at HOP! She has helped countless patients obtain insurance coverage for their devices. This staff member has made the perplexing insurance world make sense for so many of our patients. She continues to go above and beyond to make sure our patients get the most coverage possible from their health insurance companies. In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, including kayaking and playing pickle ball with her husband Jim. She is a mother of two daughters and a proud grandma of three.
