FOUR POINT & ARM RAISE Relieves Neck & Shoulders

PRONE HIP EXTENSION Relieves Pain in the Lower Body

While lying face down with your knees straight, slowly raise one leg up off of the ground. Repeat 5 times.

Start on hands and knees, with hips and shoulders at 90°. Lift one arm out in front. Bring it back down and then repeat on opposite side. Repeat 8-10 times alternating arms.
