Tai Chi & Qigong (Chi Kung) II Fee: $120 In this class the instructor will build upon and add to the movements and routines that were taught in Tai Chi & Qigong (Chi Kung) I. Students will continue to practice the routines learned in the previous class, as well as, learn new move- ments. Additionally, students will learn how to combine movement with meditation in order to create and experience "moving meditation" which will improve and increase the physical and psychological benefits of these practices.
