Historical presenter, Jim Gibbons , will discuss the life, fame and accomplishments of America’s comedian, Lucille Desiree Ball. Gibbons will explain Ball’s early life, her marriage and family life with Desi Arnaz (Ricky), and how she became the first woman to run a major television studio, Desilu Productions. Ball, with her signature red hair, big personality, and witty humor, would make Americans everywhere laugh and smile from the 1930s decade and beyond.
