Ernest’s favorite part of building is working with his team members and watching them enjoy the same success he has seen. He coaches every new business builder to take early action and begin building right away. Then he helps them dive deep into product knowledge by watching the Learn to Earn videos on Melaleuca.com. But his biggest piece of advice? Don’t get weird! “When you want to approach your best friend about Melaleuca, it’s often unnatural to text them and say, ‘Hey, do you have time to talk?’” Ernest explains. “You’re going to call your best friend because it’s your best friend! Keep the conversation natural and they will listen to you without putting their guard up.” As a personal trainer and gym owner, Ernest is grateful that his Melaleuca residual income has remained steady amidst the uncertainty gym owners are currently facing. “My additional income from Melaleuca has played a huge role in sometimes just cleaning up my month if there was anything outstanding in my finances,” Ernest says. “You can’t put a price tag on an extra income.
