How To Use Rate
Apply 1 bottle (1.65 lb, 150 grams AI) per acre
Timing
Apply 1 week prior to veraison and up to 3 weeks following veraison • Veraison is when 50% of the harvestable fruit has softened • Use the later timing for blocks and/or varieties that are typically picked late in the harvest season ½–1 bottle (0.83–1.65 lb, 75–150 grams AI) per acre, per application When clusters contain marketable sugar levels, yet significant green color • Fruit must be firm at the time of application • Fruit must have the potential to remain firm through harvest • Fruit may need to remain on the vine for 2 to 3 additional weeks for harvestable color

Spray Volume Tractor Speed
80–150 gallons spray solution per acre
2–3 mph is ideal
Conditions
Apply under slow drying conditions • Cool to warm temperatures, medium to high relative humidity and no wind • Apply at night when conditions are conducive to slow drying Thorough and complete coverage of the fruit is necessary • Leaf removal around fruiting zone prior to application is critical • If only one side of the cluster is wetted, the other side will not color • There is no benefit to applying to the foliage • Increase the number of nozzles to improve coverage • Adjust nozzle positions and airflow direction to target the clusters on the near side of the cordon AND through the canopy to the backside of the clusters on the opposite side of the cordon Nonionic—PHT® Latron B-1956® at 1–4 oz per 100 gallons has been shown to be effective
