Market Year 2025 AgPack® Program
Program Objective Promote and incentivize the purchase of Excalia® Fungicide, Perpetuo® Herbicide and Senstar® Insecticide to growers through the Certified Agriculture Dealer vehicle program. Program Period October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.
Qualifications, Brands & Incentives To qualify for a brand rebate, growers must:
• Purchase a qualified vehicle from an authorized dealer by September 30, 2025, through the Certified Agriculture Dealer program and register on the AgPack® customer database at www.agtrucktrader.com. • Within 365 days following the qualified vehicle purchase date: — Purchase 50 to 500 acres of any combination of Excalia , Perpetuo or Senstar from an authorized Valent retailer; and — Submit the following information on www.valent.com/offers for each qualifying purchase: » Grower name » Farm/operation name » Address » Phone, email » Purchase retail location name » Volume purchased of qualifying brands » Name check should be made out to » Copy of invoice showing proof of purchase • Earn $2 per acre up to a maximum of 500 qualified acres of all products combined ($1,000 max). Reward Calculations & Payments If qualified, rebates will be calculated on quantities provided in proof-of-purchase documentation up to the maximum amounts allowed under this offer. Acres calculations will be based on the following rate per acre for each respective product:
• Excalia = 2 fl oz/A • Perpetuo = 6 fl oz/A • Senstar = 15 fl oz/A Rewards will be paid within 90 days of proof-of-purchase submission. Geography All states where AgPack Offer is available and Valent products are registered. 180
