OUR CONTINUUM At Oakland Promise, our cradle-to-career continuum is a journey shared with Oakland’s young people and their families, starting from birth and evolving with them through every milestone until they reach their chosen careers. We understand that each stage brings new challenges, dreams, and needs, and our programs—Brilliant Baby, Kindergarten to College, College Access, and College Completion—are designed to grow and adapt alongside each young person in Oakland.
