Chateau® EZ Herbicide
Annual morningglories, fleabane, marestail and more than 90 tough broadleaf and grass weeds
Chateau EZ is a more convenient, easy-to use liquid formulation. Long-lasting, preemergence herbicide. Stops weeds, won’t leach or co-distillate. Labeled rate range: 6–12 fl oz/A. Maximum 24 fl oz/A per year. Use with a burndown herbicide if emerged weeds are present. Length of residual weed control is rate-dependent. Be sure to clean out sprayer thoroughly after each use. REI: 12 hours. PHI: 60 days. Superior postemergence control of annual and perennial grasses. May be used with an NIS. Accede is the first of its kind chemical thinner registered for use on peaches/nectarines. Trials have demonstrated that an application of Accede to peaches/nectarines will reduce fruit set and reduce, but not eliminate, the need for hand thinning. Accede can be applied from the pink bud stage to petal fall. Make the first application from early to full bloom. If necessary, a second application may be made 7 to 10 days later (up to petal fall). Labeled rate range: 300–600 ppm (equivalent to 34.5–69 fl oz of product in 100 gallons of water per acre). REI: 12 hours. PHI: 0 days. For annual grasses, use 9–16 fl oz/A. For perennial grasses, use 12–16 fl oz/A. REI: 24 hours. PHI: 14 days. Apply 1 spray 14–28 days after bloom. Use 4–18 grams AI/A, depending on tree age and vigor. REI: 4 hours. No PHI is required. Apply 1–2 applications starting when cherry is translucent-green to straw-colored. Use maximum of 16–48 grams AI/A per season, depending on variety and crop size. REI: 4 hours. No PHI is required. Labeled rate range: 16–32 grams AI/A using a single spray one to four weeks prior to the beginning of harvest. REI: 4 hours. No PHI is required.
