Short Term Disability Benefits (STD) o For full time associates, regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. o 7-day elimination period. ▪ Short Term Disability is unpaid during the first 7 days of your leave. You may use your available paid time off for the first week of leave. Any portion of the elimination period not covered by available paid time off will be unpaid.

Disability Payments ▪ 60% of average weekly wage; up to a maximum of $2,000 per week. ▪ 6 weeks for a vaginal delivery or 8 weeks for a cesarean delivery. ▪ Available time off can be used to supplement the difference between your weekly STD benefit (60%) payment and your weekly base salary in order to get you up to 100% of your pay. ▪ STD payments will be reduced by any applicable PFL benefit payments.

• Time off Beyond Short Term Disability Benefits (STD) o
Once STD payments are exhausted, associates may use accrued paid time off (Paid Vacation, Paid Sick & Wellness, Parental Leave pay, or Personal days) in order to be paid for the remainder of their leave. o Once available time off has been exhausted any additional time off will be unpaid. Paid Family Leave (PFL) o For associates who work in Colorado, D.C. or Maryland (beginning in 2026) these states offer paid family leave benefits for up to 16 weeks o Eligibility varies by state. o Benefit payment amounts vary by state.
