Clarence-Rockland stopped Clarence-Creek resident Marc-André Guitard, 32, who was charged with impaired driving. Finally, Gatineau resident Yann Leblanc, 39, was stopped on County Road 17 for a traffic-related offence shortly after 10:30 a.m. on July 17. After a breathalyzer test, Leblanc was charged with impaired driving with a blood alcohol concentration of over 80. All three men had their licenses sus- pended for 90 days and their vehicles impounded for seven. The accused are scheduled to appear in court in L’Orignal at a later date.
