Friday (noon to 9 p.m.) Health & Fitness Expo (Pennsylvania Convention Center, Hall F 12th & Arch Streets) Online race registration (subject to availability) and bib pickup – come by the Nemours Children’s Zone to pick up your child’s race bib or get them registered! We’ll have some fun activities for kids to build excitement for Marathon Weekend. Saturday (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) Von Colln Memorial Field (adjacent to 22nd Street & Benjamin Franklin Parkway) Pre-Children’s Run online registration (subject to availability) and bib pickup Come early and enjoy a variety of activities, including giant inflatables, balloon art, caricatures and temporary tattoos. The Philadelphia Union will be hosting soccer clinics and sharing physical health and fitness tips directly from their coaches. Shuttles will be provided from the Health & Fitness Expo (shuttle route #A on Broad & Arch Street) to Von Colln Memorial Field on Saturday until 1 p.m. Sunday (8 a.m. to noon) Von Colln Memorial Field (adjacent to 22nd Street & Benjamin Franklin Parkway) Online race registration only (subject to availability) and bib pickup begins at 8 a.m. Join us for The Nemours Children’s Run – a series of short distance dashes beginning at 10 a.m. Runners may only compete in their age group. One race per child. Race distances are age specific. Children will get the thrill of running along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and will
receive an event t-shirt, one finisher medal, and special goodies. Because this run is all about fun, athletes will not be timed.
